What is nervous system coaching?
Nervous system coaching is a body-based approach that helps you better understand your stress responses, emotional overwhelm, and capacity in motherhood.
Rather than focusing on “fixing” you, this work helps you feel safer in your body, move beyond survival mode, and navigate motherhood with more steadiness and self-understanding.
